The Sharkbait Dive Club has been in Existance since December 1990.  It began with a few divers searching for a place to dry their fins and share their underwater experiences.  Since then, the membership has grown to more than 150 active members.  The best thing is that there's always room for more!  Experience is not a prerequisite.  Divers range from new guppies to the salty old dogs.

Sharkbait is an active dive club that enjoys having a good time whether it be at the meetings, at the beach or aboard a boat.

Getting in the water is always a priority when the conditions are good.  Each month a local beach dive and a boat dive to various locations are scheduled.  Every so often a warm water dive trip is scheduled.

Meetings arescheduled for the 2nd Tuesday of each Month at the Canyon Hills Library in Anaheim, CA.  Doors open at 6:00 pm.  The meeting starts at 6:30 pm.  Babysitting is available for a fee at the center for younger children.

** Educational information is provided by monthly guest speakers.

** Upcoming activities such as beach and boat dives, beach clean-ups, kayaking, barbeques, and holiday parties are discussed.

** Special opportunity drawings are held each meeting.  Prizes vary from dive masks to computers to smaller useful items.  Often, there are gift certificates to Sport Chalet.
